Delivery drivers are unable to call before delivery. Deliveries are made anytime between 8am – 5pm Monday to Saturday.
A signature is required when receiving the order. Please ensure you are available to receive delivery on the arranged date. Failed deliveries typically incur a re-delivery fee.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver furniture to the following areas BT, HS, KW and ZE.
Please note that this is an all day service and our delivery team may book your delivery slot any time between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
We ask you to sign to confirm your 100% satisfaction before the delivery team departs, as we are unable to accept goods back without packaging at a later date.
Our delivery team will inspect the furniture for any marks or damage when they unpack it and they will also give you ample time to check the item. This does not affect your rights to exchange the item should a manufacturing fault develop at a later stage – please see the delivery section of our Terms & Conditions for further details

Cancellations
Order cancellations received after the order has left our warehouse but before delivery has been attempted will incur a £50.00 fee to return the goods to our warehouse.
Please ensure you are available to receive delivery on the agreed date. If you are unable to receive delivery please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Can I choose my furniture and make payment over the phone?
YES. If you prefer not to purchase online please call Sherwoods Furniture where we can gladly take payment over the phone via credit or debit card
Do you deliver?
Yes. We can deliver to any part of the UK. We use a dedicated team of trained professionals to deliver, install your furniture in your room of choice and dispose of any unwanted packaging. Please see our delivery page for charges and terms and conditions
Can I go to Sherwoods Furniture and collect my purchase?
Yes, Once payment has been made and the furniture is in stock you are more than welcome to visit us where we will assist you in placing the furniture into your vehicle
When are you open?
We are open 6 days a week, 9 - 5.30pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 9-1pm, Sunday by appointment only
Please feel free to visit and purchase any furniture from our website 365 days a year
Do you have parking at Sherwoods
YES. We have ample parking available at our Trade warehouse site
What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
Please call our sales team on 01423 871333 where we will endeavour to find the product you are looking for. We generally have more ranges and products that are shown on our website.
If I find a fault with my furniture when I've got it home what can I do?
Please telephone Sherwoods team and we will gladly exchange your product for a new model. This excludes ex display items. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
How can I pay?
We take all major credit and debit cards, cheque or cash payment. Sorry, but we do not accept American Express.
